Our Mother of Perpetual Help, Santa Clar - reconciliation?

I was told by a friend that the Institute of Christ the King has been given Our Mother of Perpetual Help in Santa Clara. It was described as a “reconciliation”. What does that mean? Was this an independent Tridentine congregation prior to this or an existing indult congregation?

I believe so. If memory serves, Fr. Ottonello did the TLM there for years. I could be mistaken, though.
