Does anyone know of a website that I can cite the processes of papal elections from?

Here’s the current rules:

The papal election process over the centuries has been very diverse so one almost must decide which period of time is to be examined. The sitting Pope has the authority to revise them at any time and many times this has happened. There have also been instances when the Papal direction was ignored in choosing a successor.
