I was wondering, could a Catholic of a different rite than Latin e.g Armenian catholic, partake in the liturgy by way of lector, altar server or Eucharistic minister if the right has them or must they be of the same right?

If the pastor allows or asks, then you can. You don’t have to if uncomfortable. Extraordinary Ministers of HC are not normal in any Eastern Church, although some are imitating the current Latin practices and forcing it through. Altar Servers are Traditionally male only, although this too is disappearing in favor of imitating the current Latin practice. Lector may be possible but be aware that the preface and end of readings vary significantly from the Latin practice.

It’s much more common for Easterners to assist in these ways in Latin parishes, since many folks attend a nearby Latin Church for necessity or convenience.
