So as we all know, the Ordinary of a diocese (diocesan Bishop) is the authority in granting faculties to priests within his diocese. However what authorities does the pastor hold over priests in his parish? Kind of a weird question but I’m curious to the authority levels
 
When a (diocesan) priest is ordained, he takes a vow of obedience to his Bishop (not to any other priests). So it is his Bishop to whom he is ultimately accountable.

The Bishop may delegate his authority as he pleases. In a Parish with a pastor and parochial vicars, the pastor exercises the authority of the Bishop in the daily routine of the PVs. The PVs are obliged to respect the authority of the pastor because it comes from the Bishop (not because the pastor has any authority of his own accord).
