I don’t know a St. Lana but I think lana in Spanish means wool. Wool comes from sheep. So the patron could be Jesus, the good shepherd!?! If the person being baptized has a saint’s name for a middle name, that could be the patron saint. You should check with the priest to see if a saint’s name is even required these days.
They are baptized in the usual way. For instance, “Lana Marie Smith, I baptize you in the name of the Father, etc.”
