Is there a patron saint to intercede for persons who need help believing in themselves again ? I didn’t get more detail from the friend whom is asking.

Yes – the Apostle Thomas, who did not believe that the rest of the Apostles had seen the resurrected Christ, and stated he would have to put his fingers in Christ’s wounds before he would believe Jesus had risen from the dead.
