Alexandra Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi’s adult daughter and film maker has come out with a documentary on right wing Christians. She has done some creative things to accentuate the group as sort of bizarre. Is this great timing or what? She came out with this film at exactly the same time her mom became Speaker of the House.

Far be it from us to judge, but Alexandra seems to be making fun of other Christians. This is not a very good thing now is it?
 
The article is simply reporting the views of a columnist for USA Today.

I am not familiar with this columnist, but his perception of a couple examples from the film seems rather odd. He says that the film disparages Evangelicals because it shows the Christian Wrestling Federation and a group of “Goth teens”.

I haven’t seen the film so I am not sure if its tone is mocking or if it is neutral or if it is praising. When I read the above examples, my reaction was one of curiosity, not of judgement. So I wonder if the columnist’s reaction is on-base.

If anyone has seen the film, I would enjoy reading your thoughts.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that she is very far to the left and does not appeal to most Christians?
 
I watched an interview with Alexandra Pelosi when the media got wind of it. She actually said that she was pleasantly surprised by the Evangelicals and they’re not the fire-breathing maniacs like the MSM portrays them to be.
