Ok, so without going into too much detail here are the circumstances.
A guy I know is in RCIA and is coming into the Church at Easter. His non Catholic friends have asked him to preform a marriage for them and he went online to be “ordained” which we all know is a joke. I think it was probably that universal life Church where one click and you are “ordained”
Now, here are the questions.

- Should a Catholic (or candidate)“preform” other marriages, (given that they are not a judge or such)
2 Should a Catholic (or candidate) be ordained in another faith even if it is a technicality? - Can such an “ordination” be an obstacle to Confirmation?
