Hello everyone, I would like to ask for petitions against this satanic mass that’s planned to occur this August. Please take the time to read this, so that you guys can come to understand how horrendous this act of evil is and hopefully move all to take action against this sacriligious act against God, His Mother, and everything that is sacred. Thanks and God bless.

A city which forbids a “Satanic mass” ( I refuse to dignify such with a capital letter) can equally forbid a Catholic Mass in a public facility. I don’t think we would want that.

Signed and sent. I hope it gets cancelled like the one in Boston a few years ago.

If you want religious freedom, you’re obliged to accept religious freedom for these people too.

I fear that circulating a petition against this blasphemous ritual will only give it free publicity and put more money in the pockets of the people who will profit from it. This sort of sacrilege happens more often than we care to admit but they don’t sell tickets. Let us pray for the souls of those who are so deeply lost that they would attend such a spectacle.

A black mass requires stealing a consecrated host. It may not be a big deal to you, but the value of what’s stolen doesn’t matter. Stealing is stealing, and there’s no reason to allow a group of people to conduct an event to destroy something that they stole.

Rhubarb,

Religious Freedom. Should such an evil be allowed in the name of religion? Terrorists have killed in the name of religion. Should we give them the right to commit such an evil?. Now I don’t know how you define evil, but desecrating the body of Christ who did nothing but love us and sacriligiously desecrating the name and images of our Mother who we love very much is sheer evil. And why would someone so much as to try to protect something as evil as satan himself? Should everything that he stands for and everything that he makes people do be tolerated, or worse, be promoted as a lifestyle and an ideal to be aspired towards?

Saellis, I understand where your coming from, and you do have a point, but this whole petition is about putting an end to the event from happening in the first place. I’d rather not do anything about this and just allow them to have their way without even putting up a fight, and who said we can’t do both pray for those people as well as fight to end such sacrilege from occurring? Wouldn’t we just be contributing to the indifference and relativistic ways of our society if we just let them be?

What worries me is that while many people don’t like to admit it, this Satanic worship is very dangerous. Being that the devil is evil, he can take over this situation and cause more problems. He can also possess someone. Last time they had a Mass, the bishop came in and did an exorcism of the public facility the next day.

Add to that desecrating a Sacred Host. If anyone were to ask me, (and I know they probably wouldn’t and don’t care what I think) I would say: Be afraid. You don’t know what you are getting yourself into. When you worship the devil, you are likely to experience some serious oppression from it.

Right. Whether you disagree with Satanism or not is irrelevant. It is a recognised religion and those who wish to practise it should be able to.

Would you say the same thing for extremist groups such as ISIS? Isn’t ISIS based off of a recognized religious group? The means that ISIS uses to accomplish it’s goals is very satanic don’t you think? Killing off countless of innocent Christians, no matter who they are: men, women, and children alike? What do you think satanist think of ISIS?

They’re not related like you say they are. Islam is a recognised religion and so it is right that Muslims can practice it. ISIS is a terrorist group, using what they believe to be Islam to justify their actions. Obviously, they are wrong.

Satanists also have a right to practice their religion, even if you are opposed to it.

If they were kidnapping young girls and sacrificing them during this “event” I think you would agree this type of thing would not be part of religious freedom, correct? or is human sacrifice a religion? What if they were taking elderly and killing them in their ceremony?

They are required to steal a consecrated host to do their blasphemous event. Let us hope the Priests in this city where it is supposed to be are on their guard

The last time a black “mass” was done, I am very sure demons were released because it wasn’t long after that a woman was beheaded by her coworker.

Then by all means, I’ll continue to invoke this right of religious freedom to justify what you consider as wrong. A religion that’s based on satanism can never bring about any good in the world.

But they aren’t kidnapping anyone, so this point is moot. I don’t agree with Satanism, but I do agree that it has a right to be practised.

Religious freedom is not the same as using a religion to commit terrorist acts. Like I say above, I don’t agree with Satanism but those who wish to practise it have the right to do so, and should not be prevented from it.

But their “services” require destroying stolen property. Religious freedom doesn’t grant you the right to steal and destroy what doesn’t belong to you. That’s what this is about.

All God needs to do is strike down these evil people when they touch the host…problem solved.

They are kidnapping Jesus, and therefore the Trinity, the Creator, Redeemer and Sanctifier of
the world.

I don’t consider Satanism to be a religion.
