Hi
I am catholic and when it comes to my filantrophy then I wonder if helping the beggars every week is more important or to invest in companies/businesses and reap big money and then help the beggars when I have much money instead. This would take maybe over 10 years of investing in the stock market, but I am pretty sure I would get a hefty sum of money that way.

So how should I understand the catholic faith and the philantrophy, should it be instant small philantrophy on a weekly basis or could it be a philontrophy that is delayed 10 years or more, but much bigger in terms of the sum of money better?

There is no reason why you cannot do some of each as you go along.

People who need food and clothing cannot wait 10 years; at the same time it may be prudent to invest in your future, but you cannot be sure that the investments will pay off. So, use part of your money for each thing.

Okey. Sounds fair.

Edit: I have studied the teachings of two self made millionaires on the stock market (Börshajen i Sweden and Arne Talving). So its pretty bulletproof system.
