Philosophical arguments against euthanasia

Atheists are selective about that too. They don’t mind teaching children that Alabama is south of Maine or that stealing is wrong, for example.
Except that both of those claims can be objectively shown to be true. So it’s hardly the same thing.

I’m not saying that atheists are never guilty of teaching their value claims to their kids. But there are no intrinsically atheistic value claims that are as demonstrably untrue, and damaging, as those of religion.
 
Actually, I think your life is on lease from God, so I don’t think you’re allowed to end it at your own whim.
That’s your opinion, but before you can demonstrate its truth you need to demonstrate that God even exists.

You can believe what you like, but you don’t get to govern other people’s lives (or deaths) based on your own superstitious and implausible beliefs.
