C CarlosG Guest Apr 27, 2007 #2 ill give it a shot Reality is something objective that can be material or immaterial. Truth is a statement made about that reality. an example: no matter how much I jump up and down using my own power, I will never be able to jump into space. I cant think of any situations where truth can contrast reality, but our ability to grasp the truth of reality can definitely be wrong.

N Nita Guest Apr 28, 2007 #3 Reality is what actually “is”. Truth is a statement that conforms to reality. I’m not sure about the full meaning of “being” - if it can be applied to thoughts as well as material and spiritual “beings”. Help anyone? Nita
