He seems to be a serial offender. I’m all for mercy, but this guy needs to face the consequences.
 
This is one of those hard times when you have to accept that stuff is still just stuff. I will be very surprised if there is not some sort of mental illness involved. If not, and he was just high, this will likely be worth prison time.
