What is the interest? Official use of that breviary was abrogated in 1911 and has no official status with the release of the Pius X breviary, which is still official liturgy as the EF Divine Office, using the 1960 version.
From an academic standpoint it might be interesting though. It’s very long, as long as the monastic Office (250 psalms per week), which is why Pius X abrogated it. He recognized that the life of a secular priest was very different from that of a monk and he cut down the psalmody to 150 per week. Even that is tough for a sustained period for a busy layman or secular cleric. Our abbey has a psalter of that length that I use from time to time. I find it challenging to sustain.
