Sioux Falls, SD (LifeNews.com) – Monday was the first day that Planned Parenthood, which operates the only abortion business in South Dakota, had to comply with a new state law telling women the truth about abortion.

Rather than tell women abortion kills children and has numerous risks, Planned Parenthood temporarily closed its doors.

Granted, it’s only 8:30 in the morning here, but this is the best news I’ve heard all day!!! Well done 8th Circuit Court of Appeals!!! What’ll it take for other states to recognize that a baby–despite it’s uterine environment–is a separate living human being?

Keep praying pro-lifers!!! 👍

I wonder what “temporarily closed its doors” means. That leaves it open to resume abortions at some future time, and I bet it does.

If read the article it states that they closed their doors because the abortionist refused to show up. You can not perform abortions without an abortionist. 👍 At this point it is unclear whether they will open their doors or if the closure is permanent.

That reason seems disingenuous. After all, the clinic provides other services, such as dispensing contraceptives. Those activities could continue without a the pseudo-physician (the abortionist) present.

Well, I don’t suppose that having someone on staff to distribute condoms is really worth it…anything else would require the presence of an MD for both regular medical care as well as prescriptions. I don’t think anything other than condoms can be acquired without prescription…but then, I might not be up on the latest stuff out there. 🤷
