EC requires a prescription in Illinois… the rules are pretty easy to get it, but it at least requires an “accident”. Scheduling an event to give away EC to anyone who asks is just so people can stockpile it and flout Illinois laws… contact info included… put pressure on that laws can’t be violated simply because you don’t like them.
