It is good to hear they are concerned about the legitimacy of Roe… it is coming to an end, and they know it.

How will it come to an end?
I am referring to the legal process. I do not understand it.

Well I would say that there are two ways for abortion on demand to end. One of them is that the Supreme Court reverses the descision of Roe vs. Wade. But that will just turn the issue on the states, meaning if a state wants to legalize abortion within its state it can or if a state would want to illegalize it within its borders, it could.

Now the other way for abortion on demand to end completely would have to be to add a new Constitutional Admendment to the US Constitution.

In 1857, the US Supreme Court ruled in the Dred Scott v. Sanford case that blacks could be held as slaves because they were not human. Obviously the US Supreme Court was wrong and overturned. In 1973 the US Supreme Court allowed the murdering of babies, now we know they are living beings that react and feel pain.

Times are changing. For example; Obama suffered a major setback when he tried to block the “Born Alive Protection Act”, which eventually passed. Previously, late term babies who survived abortion would be place by the abortionist in a cold box to die from exposure. Now these babies are considered human and nursed back to health, not murdered as Obama wished.
