All individuals worldwide have the right to nondiscriminatory, confidential access to the full range of voluntary reproductive health care services that are proven safe and effective. These services:
  • should include contraception, sterilization, abortion, fertility enhancement, and prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases;
  • should be offered through efficient, effective, and innovative programs that preserve individual rights and privacy; and
  • should enable individuals to have children when and if they are ready—physically, emotionally, and financially.
Planned Parenthood recognizes its responsibility to provide reproductive and complementary health care services through its network of affiliates nationwide, and to ensure that such services are offered worldwide in other diverse settings, including public health facilities, private medical practitioners’ offices, and community-based distribution programs.

Planned Parenthood advocates vigorous research to develop and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of new fertility management technologies.

I got a similar organization in my country, which, in addition to all pp content, also explicitly promotes adultery, fornication, homosexual lifestyles

But they want to control what if any of that research gets out to the public. They oppose allowing private groups to provide free ultrasounds for expectant mothers, because then too many of them see that they are killing a baby, not excising “a blob of tissue”. They work very hard at covering up and obfuscating the reams of data showing the strong link between induced abortions and breast cancer. They oppose efforts at showing the medical risks and explanations of options available to them other than abortion. In short, they oppose informed choice.

In other words, they plant their clinics in black and/or poor neighborhoods and in third world countries. These are places where so called “undesirables” live. :mad:

So, was Margeret Sanger an undesirable human being?..

Anyone have information on Mrs. Otto Herman Kahn? She worked with Sanger. Served with Sanger on the boards of an American Birth Control and Eugenics Society. Her husband was one of the richest men in America. Only Hearst built a larger private home. Otto financed Mussolini. His partner, Jacob Schiff, finance Japan’s Imperial Navy ($300 million loan in 1904 dollars) and then financed Trotsky’s gang of criminals in NYC and the Bolshevik revolution.

While Sanger was the inspiration for the Nazi eugencis programs, her association with those who supported Mussolini and Lenin has not, to my knowledge, been widely reported.

Now there’s something that I had not heard. How did you find out about this?
 
Momofone. I was doing a search on the American Eugenics Society. Its headquarters were in New Haven, Connecttuct at one time near where I grew up. Found a list of names of those active in the society. Mrs. Herman Otto Kahn was a member. The site listed four or five similiar groups she was active in. Sanger was on the same boards. Kahn was president of one of the organizations (Birth Control Society of America, I think).

Knew about Otto Kahn as a great financier and philanthropist of course but had no idea he was involved with Mussolini until running across this conservative Jewish site in Israeli.

Because of His Great Mercy and Love, and because of His Son’s Passion and Death.

Momofone, If it weren’t for the fact that the Father sees the us through His Crucified Son, We’d all have looked like Sodom and Gamorrah a long time ago.

But, sooner or later, The cries of the innocent will overcome even that, as they did in the case of Slavery in the USA and the Holocaust in Nazi Germany.

Thinking on that day causes me to tremble about the fate of my country and of this unjust and murderous world.

I believe we need to pray that the Holy Spirit soften the hearts of those who are doing all the various sorts of killings all over the world and that they will repent. We also need to pray that the devil and his angels will be bound and rendered powerless in these situations so people can repent and laws can be changed…

I think the more we pray for this in front of the Blessed Sacrament, the more power those prayers will have. It seems that Jesus and His mother esp. want us to do that, and it may be that this has the effect of going to the Kotel in Judaism.

I know of at least one miracle that came from someone going to the Kotel for me before I returned to the Church (the Raddi who told me that I needed to return to the Church), and the healing of St. Mary’s Ceremonarius, who was on death’s door after and during a series of severe strokes, makes it 2 miracles that I know of. I see him almost every Sunday, and his healing is nothing short of miraculous.

I’m beginning to wonder just what things in the Church are equivalent, esp. for the conversion of souls. I think Daily Mass, Praying in front of the Blessed Sacrament, Praying the Hours and doing the Rosary are all useful.

I’ve already found none of us individually can do them all, but we can do them all COLLECTIVELY.

I can do an hour/week in front of the Blessed Sacrament for the conversion of the Aborionists. and, I’m working on the Priests at St. Mary’s to provide a Daily Mass in the afternoon/evening that I can attend.

If each of you will commit to at least one thing a week for the conversion of the one of the various types of murderers, I think we can cover the whole gamut of prayers and form a chain around them that just might have some effect.

I think it’s a lot better than watching God’s judgement lay waste to a few of our cities.

**Now this is scary. I was thinking pretty much the same thing yesterday. Only it was specifically for abortionists, but what the heck, include all murderers! Do you think that maybe this was God who gave us both pretty much the same idea, independently of one another?! So, how do we get this going? **

On EWTN last night, Fr. Frank Pavone suggested prayer groups meet at abortion clinics. Perhaps once a month. If there isn’t a group in your area start one, he said. Priests for Life will give you all the information you need. They provide signs and legal information on what a group can and cannot do. Police are often contacted before hand and will show up to prevent disturbances.

Believe Fr Pavone said one group had 8 women change their minds after seeing a prayer group. Imagine how wonderful that would be. A few hours of time once a month. You may save the life of a baby and prevent a woman for experiences decades of anguish and regret.
