Please explain the 'Nine Ways of Prayer of St Dominic

Recently I read an article that mentioned the ‘Nine Ways of Prayer of St. Dominic’ but apparently the author took for granted that we readers knew what she was talking about.:rolleyes:

Unfortunately not all of us did.:confused:

Will someone please be kind enough to explain to me what those ‘Nine Ways’ are?

The ‘Nine Ways of Prayer’ basically refer to different postures and other practices used in prayer.

Pulled some information about them off the internet here for you.
