The church in the cannon law cited above (which I wish they had not made, since priests are not ministers of the state, and former canon law declared the church to have exclusive and sovereign ownership and control over its properties and churches) requires the permission of the ordinary (bishop), so you should talk to your priest about this, except this permission is not required in exceptional circumstances. He will be able to help you with this. Getting married should not have any effect on visa proceedings, and the fact that it does shows how immoral the governments have become. Refusing a visa on the grounds of a religious ceremony in the US is a violation of the constitution and civil rights act, and would violate any other country’s supposed freedom of religion as well. I would contact a lawyer to start a lawsuit if they try to do this.
Congress shall make NO law respecting (regarding) an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, etc. -1st amendment to the US constitution

There is still the possibility of a secret weeding, but don’t know if it is celebrated, because it must still stay a secret.
wouldn’t the clean garden be a dead giveaway that it had been weeded?

😱😜🤣

It was a joke about the typo of “weeding” (removing weeds) rather than “wedding”.
