Hello all,

I am going to confession, and some time ago someone posted a list of things that make one think about various sins e.g. gluttony would list not just the obvious such as eating or drinking too much, but also e.g. smoking too much.

Well, that may have not been it, but anyway, there was a list of actions for various categories that act as eye openers.

Anyone know what I’m talking about?

If you are looking for an examination of conscience guide, I have found this one very comprehensive and thought-provoking:

It includes lists of questions, related to the 10 Commandments. There is a list for mortal sins and a list for venial sins/imperfections.

It also includes other guidelines for going to Confession and preparing yourself.
