Please pray for an insect bite

I was bitten by a bug a couple days ago and it has swollen up and is hard and painful. I’m hopefully seeing the GP in the morning, but obviously I’d like it not to get any worse overnight, or be a serious infection. I start a new job on Sunday and need to be well!

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into JoyToTheWhirled’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

to quickly cure the insect bite so that she will make
a good impression on her new job. Through Christ

Thankyou so much everyone, I now have some anti biotics and have been taking anti histamines so I’m very hopeful of a quick recovery. xx

Thank you all. I’ve just finished the course of antibiotics, and the arm is much recovered. The job is much harder than I anticipated, but I am determined to make the best of it.
