Who’s in the E.R. with kidney complications.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (B). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into B’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Lord, look upon B with eyes of mercy, may your healing hand rest upon them, may your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of their body and into the depths of their soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring them, to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom.

St. Benedict Prayer for Those With Kidney Diseases

O blessed and compassionate St. Benedict, you were full
of the love of God and led countless souls to Him, His
Word, and His Holy Church. Please pray that B and any
others who suffer from kidney diseases will be restored
to fullness of health. If it is not God’s will, pray that they
be fortified so that they can patiently endure their illness.

Pray also that they may one day praise God for all eternity
with you, the angels, and the other saints. Through our Lord
Jesus Christ.
