Please pray for Barry who has been just diagnosed with Lung Cancer

My Brothers & Sisters:

Fr. Beau has informed me that Barry has been diagnosed this week with lung cancer and that he is undergoing further tests and being evaluated for futher treatment and therapy.They don’t know what stage it is, but only that it’s fairly advanced (not stage one or two which is easily treatable).

Please pray for Barry, who’s also a long term member of St. Mary’s, that the Lord bring him healing and recovery from this cancer for the glory of His Holy Name.

Both of my parents died from the effects of smoking, so I’d be very grateful for persistent and heartfelt prayers to the Good Physician for Barry.

Father, I beg of you to heal Barry.
Remove the cancer from his body.
We ask this in the name of Jesus.

God bless Barry in this illness and bring him to recovery. May this ordeal and whatever follows, with the love and prayers of others for him, bring to fulfilment to all that God wishes for him and for others through him.
