Please pray for friend fighting Satan's grasp

:gopray2: I know I’ve asked for this a million times, but my friend is getting out of prison after 12 years at the end of this month. He has been acting kind of odd lately, and I was a little hurt, but now, after much examination and reading between the lines, I believe he is being harassed by other inmates. This happens all the time, and I should have picked up on it earlier. This is a good man who is greatly loved by God., and I know that he is really worried about what I think of him. I feel very bad that this scenario didn’t occur to me. Even when I worked inside, this kind of thing was TOP secret, and guys never shared the information, even though it was clearly evident whenever someone was leaving. I saw it all the time, yet it never registered. I know he is afraid and very unhappy- even when his freedom looms so near.
So, once again, I beg you for your prayers for this man, who is trying to hold it together for just a few more weeks. Lord, please keep him safe and out of the devil’s clutches. This is a tragedy that affects many others also, and please offer prayers for them as well.

Lord God, please bless this inmate. We all sin in the sight of You, Lord God, but some of us commit crimes against our society, and are incarcerated. Please have mercy on us, Lord God, for not treating those convicted of crimes with more compassion, and help this man as he attempts to remain in Your ways and Your Mercy. Keep him free from all persecution, from inside or outside of prison. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, I pray. Amen.
