Hi everyone! Can you guys please pray for me?
To God that he will increase my height? Im 22 and standing only 4.5 inches.
I am here in australia and i always struggle to find job because of my height. I am always been insecure because of this. I have no self esteem and i always look down my self.
I badly wanted a job but always failed because of this department
My friends always teased me about this in public and i cant do anything other than just smile eventhough it hurts so much that i cant take it anymore.
Please please

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

I”m happy to pray for you 🙂

Dear Princess, there are several girls in my extended family who are no taller than you are, but they are employed. My daughter-in-law is an immigrant to Australia and the same height as you are, but she is employed.

Do you think that people may not have employed you for other reasons. It is hard for people to have confidence that you will make a good employee, if you have no confidence in yourself.

Australians are inclined to laugh at themselves and so the personal comments may be affectionate amusement.

Those in my family who are short tend to comment on their own height with amusement, if they happen to remember about it, but in general, it simply doesn’t worry them

Nevertheless, I was raised with the caution that personal comments can be impolite, that one should not make personal comments about others in case it hurts their feelings. I’m Australian also.

Perhaps you should quietly let your friends know that their comments about your height are. Hurtful to you because you don’t like being short.

However, whether you are short or tall, you are valuable as a person, so I wish that you were not sad about your height.

I’ll ask my sister who is short, and her short daughters, to pray for you that you will learn to feel comfortable with your height, and that you will value yourself as the precious child of God that you are. And that you will grow in confidence that will convince a good employer that you will be a valuable employer.

I pray that God grants you the best job you’ve ever had and that He fixes your height problems. May He relieve you of suffering and transform you into a person that has high self-esteem. Amen.

@Princess1997: Welcome to the forum. I pray you find many blessings in your life with us.

Prayer to Our Lady of Mental Peace

O Lady of Mental Peace, Mother of Tranquility, and
Mother of Hope, look upon Princess in this time
of unrest.

Teach her searching heart to know that God’s
Love is unchanging and unchangeable, and
that true human love can only begin and grow
by touching His Love.

Let your gentle peace, which this world cannot
give, be always with her. And help her to bring
this peace into the lives of others.

Our Lady of Mental Peace, pray for us! Amen.

St. Rita Prayer for Healing

Holy Rita of Cascia,
You are the patroness of seemingly hopeless
causes. Yet you know that nothing is impossible
with God. Through your merits, please pray that
God will grant Princess: a suitable job; peace
in her life; greater height or acceptance of her
current stature; the fullness of life here on earth;
and a home in eternal glory.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

You are in my Prayers.
And I pray you find peace that my friend has…
I have a gf who has severe physical disabilities. She is making a bid for the Disabled Olympics next year. She is awesome and has found a way through her struggles to do what she wants to do. She is about your age and found friends who did respect her and ditched the toxic friendships.

Was it inches or feet? I have never met someone so tiny, I am quite small myself and know what it can be like. 🙂

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
