Please pray for me - no hope

So… I have some spiritual trials, and it is every time they come, I lose all my hope and it is really hard for me to have hope again. And I feel like there is no help for me and that I just can fall but not get help.
And it’s really hard to talk about this because the hopeless feeling comes right after.

So please pray for me!

PS: If u can please pray for me that I will get to love prayer, because my prayers are dry, I am really ashamed to seemingly never get a good prayer done and that I have to ask for prayers. I hope it fits in your time.

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

I pray that our Heavenly Father provides you a boost of encouragement and fortitude, and provides you other blessings. The fact that you are calling out for help is one reason why you know that you are His. We are all maturing in our faith.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal ( Jellyfish). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Jellyfish’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

But can someone tell me if I should stop this thread or not? I still fear the same trials, but I’ve gotten some hope.
Does that mean this thread, or prayer request is finished?
And do I post a new one, when I need some prayer?
