Please pray for me, out of psych ward

I am out of the psych ward and am really really really really struggling mentally and spiritually. I am afraid of my own family and I’m just driving around restlessly. I may be having my own place in two weeks. My parents are sending me Bible quotes but I refuse to be consoled. I cannot stand this pain any longer. Something changes soon or I don’t know what to do. I came out of the hospital not wanting to pray the rosary which is very off for me. Help. Someone.
 
There is no human help and God is letting this go on and on and on
 
I think that perhaps you may need follow up care after your stay in the ward. Do you have a doctor or counselor you can make an appointment with tomorrow?
 
I pray that the Lord relieves you of the stress and worrying that you’re going through. Amen.
 
My case manager and parents are handling that … my memory is terrible !!

I know it can be hard, but you might have to push yourself to pray sometimes.

Know that you’re loved and that Christ promised that He would never forsake us.

Blessed be God and blessed be His Holy Name.

It’s okay if you can’t pray the rosary now. I’ll say Hail Marys for you. Try not to overthink things. Trust in the Holy Ttrinity. Remember the saying, “Let go, and let God.” Everything will be okay. Give it time and trust in Jesus.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
