PLEASE pray for me... Physical and mental health

Hello,

Just to make a long story short: I suffer from a chronic pain disease called Fibromyalgia and I have a mental illness. My diagnosis for my mental illness is Bipolar Mania with psychotic ideations.

I am going to try a new medicine in hopes that it will reverse the fibromyalgia. Please pray that God will heal me of this pain disease!!!

**Nathan you are in my prayers! I have a son who is Bi Polar and right now is going through a rough time with med changes so perhaps you cna pray for him also! **

I also have fibromyalgia, so I know how it can affect your life. I pray that you may find a treatment that will help you cope with your burdens.

Zooey: how do you manage your pain? My pain is starting to dominate my life! I have no idea how I’m going to get through this?

Its really hard because I’m a 25 year old male with FMS. Right now I’m at a university majoring in computer science…i am struggling.

The treatment that I’m looking at is called(Hope i spell it right) guifenisin. I hear it reallly helps a lot.

I’ll keep you all posted!

I too suffer Fibromyalgia, as well as depression and anxiety. It can hurt SO much. I know. Sometimes I swear my head is going to literally explode from the pain. Nothing has worked for me. I have had this for 15 years.

You will be remembered in my prayers. I will offer my pains so that you will find some relief from yours. I pray that the medication works!

I’m on a cocktail of several different drugs. Good days, bad days, days when all I can do is offer it up for others…
I cannot take the guifenisin, but I have heard that it does help many people. I pray you may get relief from this pain!!

Going on a half-century here…I had fibro before it had a name…
Don’t give up, though: there are treatments now. For many years, without the help of one wonderful doctor, who said that nobody could possibly hurt so much, without it being a real disease, I would have been:( without any treatment at all…
Just knowing that you have a name to give it, can be a blessing sometimes…
