I pray you peace. Know that God knows your desire for reconciliation, as well as your heart. He wants you to love Him because you know His love first. Sin-and-confession are not prerequisites for His love. See Jesus before you ready to give you a loving hug. In His embrace, say you are sorry for any sins that might interfere with your love in return. Then, resolve to confess your humanness in the act of confession with a priest who stands in Jesus’ place always willing to forgive and forget your sin. You and I need not worry that we are never worthy of His Love - He wants us only to know His Love and the joy that it entails.
