Please pray for me to have faith in the face of temptation and doubt

I’ve been had some serious temptations against faith recently, and I’m really starting to doubt a lot. Please pray for me so that God will give me the grace I need to overcome this.
 
Prayer for Faith

Lord, I believe:
I wish to believe in Thee.
Lord, let my faith be full and unreserved,
and let it penetrate my thought,
my way of judging Divine things and human things.
Lord, let my faith be joyful
and give peace and gladness to my spirit,
and dispose it for prayer with God
and conversation with men,
so that the inner bliss of its fortunate possession
may shine forth in sacred and secular conversation.
Lord, let my faith be humble and not presume
to be based on the experience of my thought and of my
feeling;
but let it surrender to the testimony of the Holy Spirit,
and not have any better guarantee than in docility to
Tradition
and to the authority of the magisterium of the Holy Church.

Amen.

Isn’t that simply a period of spiritual dryness, rather than doubt? Just wondering…

Prayers to St. Michael for you now and in my holy hour

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;

It’s common for lost lambs to doubt the shepherd on their spiritual journey. We pray you find your way home soon. Read that prodigal son reading again and again and know you are loved.

Actually, it can be more than that. It can be more of an emptiness. An absence in feeling the presence of God. This can lead to doubt and thus open to the forces of temptation.

Today was especially bad. 😦 I feel like when I pray, no one is listening and I’m just talking to thin air. I know God would never abandon me, but I can’t shake the feeling. I’m so depressed. Please, I need your prayers.
