Hello everyone,
I have posted a few times regarding my RCIA experiences. I am posting now to ask for your prayers for me and my family. My husband is still working this all out in his heart and mind, but I know it’s hard for him. He told me that shortly after we were married we committed to each other that God would be first in our lives and if this is where He is leading me(the Catholic Church) that he would support me because he knows I am trying to be obediant to God. I am asking that you pray for us because this is still difficult for him and therfore me as well. My kids are still not sure about this either. My youngest (14) is more open but still hesitant, my oldest (18) thinks the Catholic church is just too ceremonial and doesn’t get it, thinks there are too many rules, etc.
Thank you.

You and your family are in my prayer - May God bless you on your journey Home.

You are in my prayers. I am in a some what similar situation. I have grown closer to my Faith but my kids & my wife have grown farther away.

God Bless,
jay
I believe the Rosary can do wonders!!

You are all in my family’s and I’s prayers. May God bless and keep you.

If you want any good suggestions for books to read for yourself to help you with what you are going through - let me know. Or if you have any other prayer intentions.

God bless your husband for his integrity! And you for your courageous response to the Holy Spirit.

I’ll keep you and your family in my prayers and Masses.
Warm regards, Trishie

Of course I will keep you in my prayers. I just have to close my eyes. It’s as simple as that. I should thank you for invoking the spirit within me to pray, in my place, to the God that loves you and your family. I know in my heart He will help you.

Michael
