We have CAF member Zooey to thank for twigging me to a nifty little site - bestsmileys.com
If you go there and choose a smiley or .gif from their (extensive!) collection, they’re one of the few sites that both let you link directly to them from message boards, AND give you the code to do it! So you find what you like, copy the text they show you on the left side of the page, and PRESTO - wall to wall smiliness!
The one you saw was a bit of a cheat - it was a smiley HERD that I just pasted four times, side by side.
