Please pray for my departed grandmother

Please pray for my grandmother who passed away recently. I feel rather fearful since she hasn’t received the sacraments for a good while.
 
Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord and let Perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen
 
Eternal rest grant unto her of Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the body and the blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved son our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for her sins and those of the whole world.
 
Jesus I ask You to go to this grandmaother at the instant of her death to offer her opportunity to seek pardon for any sins she may have committed, and to offer her Your absolution, and graces to accept Your love completely. Thank You, Jesus
