please pray for my health

Hi. Just wanted to ask for some prayers from my fellow CA members. My Crohn’s is acting up again and I’m having alot of abdominal and lower back pain. I had to miss Mass today:( .

I also can feel my self slowing down (due to my congestive heart failure). I’ve been very tired lately and out of breath frequently. This heat and humidity isn’t helping -I’ve been laying low in the air conditioning as much as possible.

I’ve been feeling anxious knowing the five year mark by which I was supposed to need a transplant has past and I feel like I’m living on borrowed time. Please also pray that God gives me peace so I can stop feel so anxious about my what the future holds for my health.

May the Lord most merciful hear our prayers. May He be ever at your side and comfort you at this time. Lord Jesus, please help this dear person to bear this cross, this difficult burden of poor health. Where there is pain, provide a bit of relief; where there is fear, consolation. If it is your will, please help this child of yours be well again. All life is a blessing from you, God. Amen.

I am relieved that your Crohn’s has let up (I have mild IBS, so I have a sense of what this can be like) and hope it stays calm for you. As for the CHF: prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus ascending.
 
Saint Julia, patron saint of the ill and suffering.

Please pray for Raynes health and well being. She is going through much suffering and needs the healing touch of God. May God bring her back to full health in mind, body and soul.

As always, in accordance to Gods holy will.

You are so sweet for saying that.

Hopefully the transplant isn’t for a while. I’m not even sick enough to be on the waiting list. You have to really sick to get on the list because there are so few organ donors out there -unfortunately. It’s pretty scary because you have to be very sick to get on the list but if you become too sick they can’t do the transplant either and then you are passed over.

I am a “homebody” type person so being as tired as I am doesn’t affect me as drastically as it would someone who likes to be on the go. It does make me sad sometimes because I remember being able to do so much more. My favorite outings now are going out to dinner and going to the movies because I can sit. :o I’m still too embarressed to use those motorized carts -I’m only 35. I am sad for my daughter because I wish I could do more with her. But I know I’ve been blessed alot in my life and things could be much worse.
