Father, in Jesus’ name if this is not a lost cause and You wish otherwise now, please hear the pleading of this woman’s heart for the healing of her marriage, for scripture tells us, “The Lord is close to the broken-hearted; those whose spirit is crushed He will save. Many are the trials of the just person but from them all, the Lord will rescue him.” [Psalm 33:2, 6]

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Lord Jesus Christ, You have willed that St. Dymphna should be invoked by thousands of clients as the patroness of nervous and mental disease and have brought it about that her interest in these patients should be an inspiration to and an ideal of charity throughout the world. Grant that, through the prayers of this youthful martyr of purity, those who suffer from nervous and mental illness everywhere on earth may be helped and consoled. .

Be pleased to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna and of Your Blessed Mother. Give those whom I recommend the patience to bear with their affliction and resignation to do Your divine will. Give them the consolation they need and especially the cure they so much desire, if it be Your will. Through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell,
lead all souls to heaven, especially, those in most need of Your Mercy.
Amen

You and your husband and family remain in my prayers, hoping you all will find peace with the help of St. Dymphna and our dear Lord. Praying as well to St. Lydwine of Schiedham, patroness of those afflicted with prolonged suffering, to intercede for all the family.

He just walked off without an explanation three weeks ago, and cut us out of his life. I don’t at all understand what’s going on, and am very hurt and confused. He has been battling depression and another mental issue, but wouldn’t seek out a doctor who could give him the proper therapy.

I’m so worried about him, and frightened. He became a real Jekyll and Hyde over the past several months thanks to several drugs I recently found out he had been taking, and I’m worried that the wonderful man I married is lost forever, and replaced with this strange, angry man full of rage and pain.

Please pray that he gets the help he needs and understands what he’s done to our marriage. I love him, and would take him back if he would just get the proper treatment and take responsibility for himself. In the meantime, I’m praying, and trying to take care of myself and heal the best I can.
For your intentions

Our Father,
who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and forever.
Amen.

Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee;
Blessed are thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners,
Now, and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Lord Jesus, heal thy servant. Amen

St. Joseph, pray for us

Father, I belong to you.
I place myself anew in your hands
and acknowledge you as Master and Lord of my life.
Grant me the gift of a forgiving heart
and cleanse me of any anger,
hostility or revenge.
Heal my hurts and wounds and teach me to rely on your love.
Grant me wisdom of heart
and strengthen me by your grace to move on in faith,
in trust and in love.
Thank you Lrod for you love in my life.

Thank you all for your prayers. I wish I could report that things are better for us, but they are at least a little better for him. He’s received a diagnosis and is on medication. He has initiated some contact, but for business purposes only. I’m grateful for this, that at least he is being taken care of, but he’s largely pushed me out of his life. He treats me like a stranger, and it is breaking my heart. He turned into someone else the day he left, and the man I married seems to be “gone.” I guess I’m going to have to divorce him and move on.

Continuing to pray for you and your husband…

Hail Mary,

Mother of God,

Father we thank You that when all hope is gone the greatest hope of all is still to be found in You. Father I pray for Ann and the situation of her marriage. Lord we know that you designed marriage for one faithful husband and one faithful wife. Father we live in such brokenness and the world is constantly tearing us from living the live we should. Father I pray that by Your grace Ann would grow stronger in You, more complete in You and more at peace in You. You are the God who saves and the Lord that heals the brokenhearted. Father I pray for Your goodwill to be upon her life that Your truth would be her comfort. May Your truth and goodness rule in her heart and enable her to help her husband back to knowing Your Way is the only true way and the way of the world is deceptive and destructive towards life and love. Father we pray Your will be done in Jesus Name. Amen

So sorry, but at least he is being treated. Praying for the intercession of St. Edward the Confessor, patron of difficult marriages and separated spouses…
