Please pray with me for my mental health. Im struggling with a depression that grips me and at times I feel like there is no hope for me. I know the Lord has His plan for my life, but sometimes I just cant see it. I pray all the time and the Lord has blessed me with so much and I am grateful, but I seriously need His help with the depression. A few extra prayers are most welcome and needed.
 
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
 
I am headed to Mass in an hour or so. I will add you to the intentions I offer up at Mass.

You are in my prayers as I have this problem too. Please see a doctor about this if you haven’t already. :gopray:

I’m not surprised you’re feeling so down after loss of you wife and divorce, it’s still so recent.
Keep touching base whenever you wish.:grouphug:
