Please pray for my mother - a nurse during COVID

She’s my only parent and she’s 59 I’m so scared to lose her because I’m only 16 and I want her to live long enough to see me get a job and get married and meet my children etc.

She’s a student nurse in the infirmary and she wasn’t meant to go into the COVID ward but this other nurse who is higher up and always rude to my mother due to her age and race, told her to go to the COVID ward because there ‘wasn’t enough cleaners’. She didn’t have the proper ppe but she couldn’t say no so she had to change this mans bedsheets AND transfer him onto another bed by herself while he had a raging cough. She already has back issues and this made it worse. After a few days she had a fever and cough she didn’t have corona but whatever she had made her very weak. she was on 2 night shifts and the next day she was asleep the whole day. And then she made sure I had food by precooking meals for me and everything. I felt so bad because I couldn’t do anything to help her. She has to go back tomorrow regardless of how weak she is otherwise she will fail her nursing practicals. I told my friend about it in school because I was saying I was really upset because she was sacrificing so much just for me, and then my friend cut me off saying the same thing about her family but she has both parents and her mum doesn’t work because her dad has a good job and their sacrifice was moving to England and leaving their family which is a big sacrifice but I don’t understand why she dismissed what I was saying about my mum and didn’t just listen to me speak. Anyway,

Please everyone pray for my mum to be strong and not get COVID. And that her back issues be eased and she lives for a long time. And that I can excel in my studies and make my mum proud one day. God bless everybody!! Stay safe <333

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal ( rosepeach’s Mother). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into rosepeach’s Mother’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Lord Jesus, we humbly pray that you help us in these times of pandemic illness and uncertainty. We need your love and mercy while we do our best to remain faithful to your word. Please shield us from sickness and suffering and save the world from catastrophic losses. We kindly ask that you grant our families, friends, and neighbors the strength and courage to fight the good fight with prayer to win this battle.
