Please pray for my Nonna who fell and broke her hip

Hello,
At 2am this morning my 92 y/o grandfather fell at home and my 89 y/o grandmother tried to help him up and in the process fell herself. She suffered a broken hip and they both lay unable to get up or reach a phone until my father happened to visit them this morning and hear their cries. He broke down their door and my husband came over and helped change their soiled clothes while they waited for the ambulance to come.

Nonno suffered some bruising & a cut and feels terribly guilty about not being able to help his wife. Nonna is in a lot of pain (despite the morphine) and her surgery is scheduled for the morning. They have been fiercly independent people and now are going to be giving up their home to live with my parents.

Please pray for them during this difficult time.

Will pray for your grandparents and your family. Facing similar issues with elderly grandparents, so this is close to my heart.

Keeping your grandparents in daily prayer…hoping all will unfold happily. Keeping her surgeon and medical team in prayer too…
