Please pray for Odell

[Epistemes]

Please pray for Odell, and all our homeless.

I met Odell yesterday outside a Borders, as I was going in.

He is a Vietnam Veteran, he lost a leg, though I’m not sure where (since he said he never fired a weapon in the war), and you can see the suffering in his face. Looking into his face, I saw the suffering Christ.

Please for him that he receives all that he needs and that he stays clear of drugs and alcohol.

Thank you.

[apromisemade]

Praying for the lost soul and all those who struggle with the dangers and difficulties of life on the street.

[Trishie]

Lord have mercy on Odell in his displacement and struggle.
Please grant him welcome into a life that help to heal his life and provides for his needs. Keep his safe from harm and deliver him from any addictions.

Thanks for asking us to pray for him. Hopefully with God’s mercy we’ll meet him in heaven some day. Lord please make it so.

For Odell:

Our Father, Who art in Heaven…
hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come…
Thy Will be done…
on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses…
as we forgive those
who trespass against us
and lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Glory be to the Father
and to the Son
and to the Holy Spirit
as it was in the beginning
is now and ever shall be
world without end. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and Blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary, Mother of God
pray for us sinners, now
and at the hour of our death. Amen.
