Please pray for Pat who has cancer of the thyroid

My Brothers and Sisters:

Friday night, I was told during Mass about one of our parishioners, Pat, who went to the hospital because she had a pneumonia and a flu. Her husband, who is a Medical Doctor, called late in the afternoon with the news that the doctors treating Pat had performed a biopsy and found an aggressive cancer in her thyroid.

This is a lot more serious than pneumonia and a flu, and is life threatening.

The Lord has answered our prayers before with miraculous healings. I’m going to beg you to ask for one more. Please pray that God would miraculously remove this cancer from Pat’s body and save her life.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and in the hour of our death. Amen.

Lord, I pray, watch over Pat, come to her aid as she fights this disease. God, grant her and her family strength, and courage, faith and hope, and patience and understanding, that they may endure this trial.

Almighty and Eternal God,
You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You.
Hear us for Your sick servant Pat
for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy,
that being restored to bodily health,
she may give thanks to You in Your Church.
Through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Lord,

I pray for Pat’s needs right now, and any physical, mental, spiritual help, comfort or healing that she is need of right now. I pray for her to stay strong in her faith in You, Lord Jesus Christ, through this difficult time.

In the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Brothers & Sisters:

Thank you for your fervent prayer on Pat’s behalf. Her cancer has shrunk to less than 1/2 it’s former size and is releasing its grip on her throat. She had been unable to swallow food and water - She is now swallowing food and water.

Thank you for your prayers - Please continue so that Pat may be completely freed of this cancer.

Thank You and Glory be to God on High!

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

God please halt this aggressive cancer and allow treatment to be successful. Help Pat to be at peace and let her feel Your love. Please let Your will be done in her life. Bless all she is and does.
 
Father, we thank you for allowing Pat to once
again have the ability to swallow water and food.
We praise you for all you have done for us.
We ask you to continue to heal Pat of this
terrible disease.
