Please pray for peace in my family

Dear friends

Would you at this time for Peace on Earth and Goodwill to ALL men, please remember to say a little prayer for my family where there is much discord. It saddens my heart that this is happening within certain parts of my family, please pray that people within my family will reconcile their differences and that Christ the Prince of Peace will bring to my family, His peace. Peace in my family, peace in all families and between all people’s of the world.

I am so grateful for any prayers offered for this intention

Heavenly Father We come to you in Jesus name. We know there is no distance in the spiritual realm so Father we lift up sister Teresa,s family up to you this night that right now you may bring healing into this family. We pray Lord that your Spirit of peace and joy will fill thier hearts, We pray Lord that you will minister to their hearts that they may reconcile their differences.We pray Lord that all members of the family will forgive each other and allow the Holy Spirit to heal their minds, soul and body.We pray Lord that the Spirit of unity will bind them together with cords of love. Thank you so much Father for hearing our prayers .We Love you so much. You are our answer to prayer. Amen

Right this minute I will ask for your intentions to be answered. Family trouble can be so sad, it’s because we love each other in spite of the fussing. By the way, I know some pretty powerful people to pray to.

Heavenly Father, you love all your children tenderly according to their need. Help us to love our families with that same strong and gentle regard. Heal our hurts; teach us to forgive the damage we have done to one another and have accepted from one another. We ask this for the sake of the Precious Child you sent to bring us Peace. Amen.

Tender Mary, with the “yes” of your lips you spoke the Word of Love in your flesh. Pray for our family that, taking you as our mother, we may learn from your courage and humility to be truly brothers and sisters of your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ; and that we may follow your command to ‘do whatever he tells us.’ Amen.

I will certainly pray for you . I too am watching my family destroy itself on both my wifes and my side. Very hard especially this time of year and even harder being a father of two young girls who are surrounded by the evils of today. My parents are getting divorced after 32 years of what I thought was a great loving marriage, they have both left the Church in the last 5 years. This will be our first Christmas not being all togehter … My wifes mother is a practicing femminist Lesbian and despises the Church and my faith. She constantly tells my wife how by me being a practicing Catholic tells her that I dont respect and love her, among many other twisted lies and deceptions. I feel attacked everday and my only refuge is my prayer life and the Sacraments…

I am very scared of what the future holds for my marriage, my children and my families life.

So , yes I will pray for you. Please pray for me also.
 
Count on my humble prayers as well. I know the feeling. My oldest son just moved home a couple of weeks ago and his wife is talking divorce even though she’s Catholic. She’s jealous (w/o cause) and they have 2 beautiful sons ages 3 & 8 months. It’s fairly amicable right now but we know that can change…

I’ll put your requests right in there w/my own.

Thank you for all of your prayers. Your generosity and kindness of spirit has touched me.

I will join you in prayers for families world wide, especially those torn apart by grief and loss in the wake of the Tsunami in Asia, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel and other places of conflict and disaster. The pain and human suffering in families especially there, must be immeasurable. Those people presently know no peace at all. It is hard enough to maintain peace in families when there is no great hardship.

God help them and all of us.
