I had to quit my job for the emotional abuse I had to take for 2 yrs and couldn’t handle it any more.

Now, I’m looking for a job but I haven’t gotten even one call back. I’ve applied to 14 jobs.

With DH’s income we can’t make the mortgage payments and the bills and food. It’s either the house or bills and food.

Please pray that I can find a job soon enough before we have to make the next payment for our mortgage, otherwise our house will be flagged for a possible foreclosure.
 
Heavenly Father, please provide for yessisan and her family as you promised in Matthew 6. Comfort them and lead them in accord with your perfect will. Amen! :signofcross:

yessisan keep your head “up”… and focus on the Lord above. HE will provide, I have no doubt.

Father, there are so many of Your faithful followers out of work and working in jobs that tear them down. I beg You Father, please come to their aid, relieve their fears, and let them know You are there with them. Please provide them with employment that will meet their families financial needs, and guide them soon to a job that will lift them up, not tear them down. I have no doubts that they sing Your praises today, and they will praise You on bad days as they do on good.

In the name of Your son Jesus I pray.

I was in a similar situation and my DH told me to quit because of the adverse effects it was having on my health. I will most certainly keep you in prayer. Keep the faith.

Thank you for the prayers. I’m still trying to get a job. I applied to about 10 more jobs and had one group interview. I’m getting so worried. The month’s almost over and I don’t have a job. 😦 Please do help me pray.
