Please pray that I don’t give into my temptations

Hi everyone,
Can you please pray for me that I don’t fall back into some of my previous sinful behavior. I am being hit with some strong temptations and really need all of your prayers.

Temptation can be a big struggle if it is just us and our willpower. Strive to make God your “number one” and it will get better.
 
Prayers for you, Kyle!

A good helpful reminder. God is with you and will certainly give you strength to fight the temptations. Many times temptations are there to strengthen your spirit. Much like lifting weights helps you gain muscle.

Good distractions are helpful… busy yourself with an active hobby or go outside to explore nature, build something, read a book, clean/organize etc.

Don’t forget the Chapel and visiting Jesus in the blessed Sacrament during Adoration too.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Create in Me a Clean Heart

Give me the grace to put You as first priority in my life at all times
and to turn away from sin or occasions and influences that lead to sin.
Teach me to pray and give me the desire to pray as often as I can.

Lift me up when my prayer seems dry and empty when I feel as though
my prayers are not being heard. Strengthen me with patience and
perseverance when trials and obstacles make me feel like giving up.

Guide me in the right path that leads only to You. And dearest Lord,
draw me near to You always, and let my spirit be filled with Your power
and healing presence. I pray this in Jesus’ name through Mary and all
the angels and saints. Amen.
