PLEASE pray this heatwave ends!

hi all,

our city has a severe crisis on its hands. the ambulance union has handed in their strike notice, and they will hit the picket line on thursday at 1pm MST. we have a city of 1 million people and only 3 hospitals. the paramedics are going on strike during the hottest weather in over 30 years where we live. people are dying in the heatwave, the elderly and the sick. this is bad news that the EMS is going on strike. bad news. the healthcare system is overloaded, and now with a strike looming, we are in for terrible trouble. the government has to step in and put a stop to the strike. please, i ask for your prayers that the heatwave ends. it is bad timing too because the forests are bone dry and if we get a forest fire and the EMS is on strike, and its hot out, we are in for city wide chaos. we need your prayers desperately!
 
Jesus, help those who can stand out to help the sick and needy right now to do so. Put an ease to the temperatures to care for those who are your children.
 
Dear Father, we ask you to send cooling temperatures and for all involved with healthcare to pull together and help one another. Thank you Father , may your will be done. Amen
