Please vote for which Rapture Book

[Boxerdog]

My mother is one of the knowledgable Catholics I have ever met, I would like to get her a book about the Rapture and Catholic end times theology.

Either Olson or Curries book
Please vote for one and give tell me why I should buy that one. thanks

Both books are great, but I voted for “Rapture.” Both of the books have different empheses: Olsen’s book is more defensive and strives to expose the biblical errors and anti-Catholicism that lie at the root of Dispensationalism, or “rapture theology.”

“Rapture” is a comprehensive tome that not only refutes Dispensationalism, but offers a tour-de-force of the prophetical and apocalyptic books of the Bible, and authentic Christian teaching on the Last Things. It’ll take her a while to read it (it’s a big 'un!) but it’s well worth it!

I read “Will Catholics Be Left Behind” as soon as I heard about it. It was technically my husband’s book, but I ended up being the one to read it - go figure. Reading was a little heavy for me at times, and it took me a while to finish it, but it was an excellent resource. I’ve even written a review for it on Amazon.com.
