Please would you pray for my faith, chastity, wisdom, and that I remain in a state of grace?

I’ve had trouble with pornography, with doubts, with pride, and with not knowing how to interact with my transgender classmate. Coronavirus regulations will keep me from receiving the Sacraments and asking for priestly advice for the foreseeable future, so now more than ever, I must not sin or make a decision that spiritually harms the people around me. This is going to be difficult because, with my habits, I can barely go one week without committing serious sin. Will you pray for me?

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell; but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.

Thank you for posting this prayer. I never knew about it, but wondered for years whether there existed any traditional prayers for the increase of repentance.
 
Prayer for the Help of the Holy Spirit

O God, send forth Your Holy Spirit into our hearts
that we may perceive, into our minds, that we may
remember, and into our souls that we may meditate.
Inspire us to speak with piety, holiness, tenderness,
and mercy.

Guide our thoughts and senses from beginning to end.
