Plenary Indulgence

You do have to have a general intent to gain the indulgence. So now just intend to gain indulgences whenever you do these things

Knowing that it is an indulgenced act and fulfilling all the usual conditions is enough to have formed a general intention to gain the indulgence. (Most people pray for the Pope’s intentions at the end of every Rosary; the reason that is done is precisely because it is an indulgenced act.)
