Plenary without a Pope?

Is it possible to pray for the Pope’s intentions without there being a Pope?

Are we prohibited by Church Laws from gaining plenary indulgences while we have no Pope?

Dear Scap,

This was answered recently. Yes, you can still pray for Pope John Paul’s intentions. They still exist. And you can still receive a plenary indulgence.
