Condoms urge ‘protect valuables’

Students are told ‘size doesn’t matter’

Police officers are using condoms as their latest weapon in a campaign to tackle crime prevention.

West Midlands Police are giving out the promotional condoms, which bear the message “protect your valuables”, to students at the regions’ universities. In NZ the Family Planning ***. has a campaign that goes “If you don’t use a Rubba there’ll be no Hubba Hubba”. It’s pretty gross.

My daughter and her boyfriend were stopped for some reason by a Traffic Officer (who warned then about something but let the driver off with a warning) and then used that phrase to them before he left.

He didn’t hand them a condom but my daughter said she felt offended to be given that ‘advice’ by a stranger. I wonder how long it will take for the FPA to get NZ Police to give condoms to teens here?

Seems any escuse to forward one’s agenda is acceptable nowadays. If I had been a police officer, I would have refused to be part of the program.
